Ready to purchase a tiny home? We may have the model you’re after ready-to-sell, hot off the press and available for immediate delivery. Check our Tiny Homes for Sale page or call to see if we have extra tiny houses available for sale. Alternatively, contact us for build models in our 2025 schedule, with the option to put your name on a specific build via a $5000 holding deposit. Please note, as we continue to get back on track since our construction shed fire, we are unable to cater for customizations but are seeking to streamline our processes to maximize the availability of our tried, tested and sought after models. How to buy Your tiny house
We’ll guide you through the simple steps of the tiny home buying process from start to finish.
STEP 1: Find out if we have the model you are looking for in stock. If so, we will send you an official quote for approval at which time you can secure the sale with a $5000 holding deposit. Your contract and payment schedule will be prepared and processed, once completed, delivery will be scheduled and you can begin the countdown to receiving your brand new tiny home!
STEP 2: If we do not currently stock your preferred tiny home model, our friendly sales team will be able to let you know when it is next scheduled in the 2025 build schedule. If there’s a model and timeframe that suits you, a formal quote will be sent through for approval and you can put your name on the build, securing it as yours with a $5000 holding deposit. Your contract and payment schedule will be prepared and processed. You’ll pay your first instalment prior to commencement and our skilled team will begin your build as per the commencement date on your contract. You’ll receive regular build updates.
STEP 3: Once the build and payments are complete, you’ll be sent completion photos and/or are welcome to have an in-person or video call final inspection. We’ll then deliver your completed tiny home to your property, as per your contract schedule with regular communication along the way. We also offer an installation service to level and brace your tiny home onto a pier and tie-down system.

You can buy a tiny home for well under $100,000. We also offer partial builds including trailer only, lock-up and shell stage builds, enabling you to complete your own tiny home from whichever stage you choose.
